This hotel is overall very good. I’d say the only negative was the use of the only lift is hampered by the cleaning staff leaving it full of bedding etc. and the balcony is tiny but overall very clean and very nice staff.

В это номер заселились в день отъезда из другого улучшенного номера, так как был ночной перелет. Так как мы провели полдня в этом номере, было нормально. Но в отличии от улучшенного номера, здесь нет балкона и вид из окна немного печальный - выходит на крыши и задний двор.

The room is really designed uniquely with a charm, unlike a normal typical hotel room for this price you may. Very friendly and helpful staff that can speak English. As it is by the Old Quarters, do not expect complete silence until probably after 10pm... If anything that can be better, is to not have smoke smell along stairways or in the building itself.

The room is marvellously large and loved it. The windows are double glazed so good and sound proof. A wonderful location, just I don't like the smell of smoke. It seems there is smoke allowed in the halls or in other rooms as well. I have found Vietnam is truly a country for smokers. I would certainly recommend it as there are only 10 rooms. Stay friendly and helpful indeed.
