Everything is great except the pillows and the toilet. Pillows are very soft and flat. With such a big bed, could actually have 4 pillows instead of 2. The shower and the toilet bowl have no separation in between and hence the toilet seat will get wet when someone showers. There is some construction going on so grab car cannot access directly. However, it is a short walk to the main road so not a big issue. Very quiet place. Lovely stay!

I recently stayed at Le Parfum Apartment & Hotel and wanted to share my experience. While there were some challenges, I also had positive aspects to highlight. Upon arrival, I encountered difficulties due to ongoing construction, which prevented my taxi from accessing the hotel directly. I had to navigate through alleys to reach the hotel, which was quite exhausting considering my early morning arrival at 3 am. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach the receptionist by phone, and upon arrival, I found the hotel closed. It took multiple attempts to receive assistance. Eventually, I was able to check-in, but the room I was assigned was disappointingly small, especially the bathroom. I later discovered that the hotel had notified my travel company about the construction, but I was not personally informed. However, the following day, the hotel graciously upgraded my room to a spacious apartment free of charge. The upgraded room had ample space, a larger bathroom, and even a convenient shoe cubby outside. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in this room. One aspect that detracted from my experience was the hotel's location, which was approximately 20 minutes away from the city center. Coupled with the ongoing construction and road blockades, this created additional inconvenience. In summary, my stay at Le Parfum Apartment & Hotel had its ups and downs. While the initial challenges and small room were disappointing, the hotel's gesture in upgrading my accommodation was greatly appreciated. The spacious apartment and thoughtful amenities enhanced my overall enjoyment. However, the location's distance from the city center, compounded by the construction-related disruptions, was a notable drawback. I hope this feedback provides valuable insights for the hotel's continued improvement. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

Great hotel for our 10-day stay in Hanoi. Location is near Hoan Kiem central areas, hence plenty of good food and cafes within 5-10mins walk and drive. Customer service is excellent. The room is small but cute and well-furnished. Theres a lil bit of construction near the Heart Hospital and we need to walk 2 mins to main street to get on our Grabcar ride. Despite that we enjoyed the walk, and got support from the staff with our luggages. We will come back one day 🤩

GOOD HOTEL! The main access to the hotel is blocked because of the construction of the road, you need to walk 3-5 min to get to the main street, But the good side is you can have a quiet night! All the facilities seem new and clean , and the staff of front desk can speak fluent English! Only 2 thing can be better: 1 is if you need a very queit room for you sleep , you must have ear plugs , the elevator is just outside the room , you can here the noise from the elevator clearly 2 is the shower space has no curtain or block ,so after the shower , you bathroom will be all wet for a few hours

The taxi followed according to waze-like apps. But could not reach the hotel. Dropped us off around some major construction in the rain. We asked around and were directed along some barricade to a narrow dark alley. The hotel was in dimly lit place. The receptionist spoke excellent English and apologised for our hardship. She said she notified us via *******.. Isn't that moronic, huh Trip.com!!! No wonder the hotel cost was high... If you dun hv room, tells us. Dun try to makan here... To book a cab, had to walk abt 600m thru the dark wet alley and wait infront of another hotel. Might as well book Phoung Hotel where the cab picked us. The staff were great.

Best Hotel in Hanoi…

I originally booked a signature double room, but there was no room available on the day I arrived, so I upgraded to a family suite. The first two days were free, but in the next few days, because the signature double room was available, and we liked the family suite very much (because the space was really big), we extended our stay at an additional price. Let’s talk about the advantages first. The hotel opened in July 2023, so the rooms are very new and the furniture looks relatively comfortable. The lady at the front desk speaks very good English and has a warm attitude. There is also a cafe on the top floor of the hotel (9th floor), which looks very quiet and comfortable, and the food is not expensive. The residents all look younger. It is very close to Hanoi Railway Station on foot, and not far from Thirty Six Hang Street (Hanoi Old Street) and Hoan Kiem Lake. The problematic areas are: 1) The big bed is said to be 1.8 meters, but it actually doesn't feel that big, it seems to be only 1.5 meters. 2) After staying for 6 days, there was basically no cleaning. I just emptied the trash and replenished bottled water. In fact, hygiene does not require cleaning every day, but it should be done at least once every three days. I don’t know if other hotels in Vietnam are like this...

The house is big, clean and quiet. The location is hard to find but very close to the train station

Nice spacious room near the center, very convenient to move. The staff and managers are very enthusiastic and attentive to customers ^^ super enthusiastic support, if I have a chance to go to Hanoi I will stay here again ^^
