Hi stayed there for 5 days in june 2024 very nice building 24 hour security access to everything you need first three floors of building are all shops resurants grocery store coffee shops plus the building next store has hair salon massage more restaurants and there are always cabs in front of the mall entrance next to starbucks

Very clean room. Self check in and you have everything you need to stay long at Hanoi

Check-in and check-out are all self-service. It is located in Korea Town, with many small supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, hair salons, and convenient living. It is about 8 kilometers away from the main urban area. It costs less than 40 RMB to take a Grab taxi to Huanjian Lake. It is an apartment-style hotel with a fully equipped refrigerator and kitchen. It is clean and tidy. There is a small park nearby and the environment is good.

It's an apartment, not a hotel. This is the best accommodation for families or individuals traveling comfortably. However, the location is near My Dining, so it is disappointing to tour the downtown area. Pros: You can relax comfortably like at home. All accommodations and meals can be provided. The host’s feedback is quick. Clean accommodations are available at an affordable price. Cons: Location is a bit ambiguous. Since the host does not reside, it is not easy to resolve claims immediately. Every accommodation has its pros and cons. I think it is important to choose accommodation that suits your purposes. I think this was a very satisfactory accommodation despite its shortcomings.

Shortly after booking my accommodation, I received a reservation confirmation message from my host, Kane. And when I arrived at the accommodation, the check-in process was explained in detail, so I entered the accommodation without difficulty. The room facilities were clean and larger than expected, so I used it comfortably. Also, it was really nice that there was no cigarette smell in the accommodation. The biggest advantage of this accommodation is that it has two bathrooms. It was really nice to be able to use it without waiting. Additionally, the utensils are well-equipped, so cooking is not difficult. The accommodation was located on a high floor, so the city view was very good. Also, it is convenient to use as it is connected to the plaza within the accommodation. The best thing about using the accommodation was that if I had any inconveniences, they would immediately resolve them if I contacted them. I felt Kane's attention to detail as he continuously checked to make sure there were no difficulties. I really liked the room cleaning service and was surprised that towels were changed every day. They provided as many towels as you wanted, and most importantly, the towels were clean and thick. I had a satisfactory stay while traveling in Hanoi.

I read reviews before booking. And yes, the host is very friendly and kind. Fully furnished apartment in Korean neighborhood. I will come back next time
