Au Coeur d'Hanoi Apartment

No frills apartment and good for visitors who travel light. Good for short stay. Do note that if cleaning or change of towels is required, there will be additional costs. Located in a quiet location but i dont really mind. Walking to old quarters is about less than a kilometer, which i dont mind,since i like to walk and explore around. TV reception can be further improved.

I looked up the apartment through various sources in the NET and thought, wow the pictures look very nice, location too, so I booked the place. Chatted with the hotel prior my arrival and then the date of my arrival was here. The first thing that seriously disappointed me was, from the main road to the apartment, that’s a roughly 100-meter walk, which in principle is OK. But in their case, the whole street was a construction side and every time to and from the place you walk in mud. They knew it and they did not mention it at all!! When I entered the room, I was a bit surprised, and thought is this a joke or a dream, because when you compare the image for advertisement and then you see the reality, there are only 2 options 1) I am at the wrong property or 2) it is the property but then the person that took the images is a genius Fact is what’s advertised is so far away from the reality. I didn’t even check in and left right away. The biggest disappointment so far.
