Hi recommended hotel, very comfortable and valuable. We had a great time at the hotel, just a bit pity that we couldn’t stay more due to the rooms are fully booked. We will be back in the future for sure.

ホテルのスタッフは、親切で良かったです。帰りは深夜の空港行きで、グラブで頼んでも大丈夫かな？と思ってましたが、空港までのタクシーの手配を提案してくれましたので、利用しました。文句なしです。不満点は、電源コンセントが異様に少なく、タップを借りました。また、窓がなかったため、部屋閉塞感がありました。安かったのでしょうがないですね。

This is a small hotel with an entrance that could be easily missed. The rooms are small and clean. It has what is needed to for a basic short hotel stay. The staff are what really make this hotel. The service is good and Nick in particular was helpful to us when we needed it. I’d recommend this place for a quick overnight stay.

特に女性スタッフの方は優しくて、色々と親切にして頂きおかげで楽しい旅行になりました。
観光地で有名なホアンキエム湖は、当ホテルから徒歩
10分かからないぐらいで行けます。
なので、ハノイ市内の観光地を巡るには、絶好の場所にあるホテルだと思います。
部屋もきれいで、何も問題ありませんでした。
雨が降った時に、傘も貸し出しして頂いて、大変助かりました。
ハノイ市内で泊まりたい方にはお薦めのホテルです。
