I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel while traveling alone, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Despite being a small hotel, the room I stayed in was surprisingly spacious and spotlessly clean. The location is absolutely perfect, situated conveniently close to a vibrant night market and several popular travel spots. It made exploring the local area a breeze and added so much convenience to my trip. One of the highlights of my stay was the projector in the room. It added a unique and exciting touch to my evenings and truly made my stay memorable. It definitely made my heart race with joy! Additionally, the room came with a fully equipped kitchen. This was incredibly useful as I could easily prepare simple meals, like noodles—haha! It’s such a thoughtful amenity for travelers who prefer the option to cook. Furthermore, the staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel very welcome. Overall, I had an outstanding experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone. Full marks from me!

LITERALLY THE BEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!! I LOVED THE PERSONAL TOUCH WITH THE LETTER! it had all the amenities plus more!! The staff are sooooo friendly and they offered us tea and candies ❤❤❤❤ loved it!!! Will definitely only come here if I come to visit again

2nd purchase for this hotel. Im arrived late nite, and got upgraded room. Bigger room suite for 4 people haha. A bit awkward for me alone but still love it. It has balcony, so not too soundproof. But thats not a problem! This area is quieter compared to the busy center old center. Recommended!

The hotel is ideally located, offering easy access to both the vibrant Old Quarter and other major attractions in the city.The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, blending modern comfort with a touch of traditional Vietnamese style. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring.What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request made me feel very welcomed and valued as a guest.In summary, my stay at Brilliant Nature and Suites Hotel was fantastic. The combination of a prime location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service made for a memorable visit. It's quite a new hotel and you can really tell they're making a great effort. The room was pristine and spacious. The staff were super friendly and helpful. And I highly recommended getting a massage there.

Hotel is new, so room is clean and new. Good value for the price, room was spacious and had kitchen and dining. Unfortunately their spa wasn't finished yet and could not avail the jacuzzi.

We were traveling past 2 weeks we went to halong and Japan but the room with projector won our heart ..we watched demon Slayer whole night ...staff is so so nice and so helpful....I would highly recommend it and we would love to come again

The transportation is convenient. The front desk clerk is friendly and can communicate smoothly in English. I reported to her that the wash basin was leaking, and a technician repaired it quickly. The SPA technician downstairs is very friendly and the environment is quiet and clean. I highly recommend it. Will stay again

Overall, I feel very satisfied. I stayed at three places on this trip and this was the best. The service was like Japanese hospitality. The room was an open and relaxing space❗ The staff were amazing...✌️ Very comfortable🎵 If I had to say one thing... The place where you hang your clothes in the private room is completely visible and a little bleak‼️ If there was a bathtub, it would have been perfect💯.

I don't speak English, but the receptionist at the hotel was very patient and used his phone to help translate. The hotel staff were very polite and friendly, the room was clean and hygienic, and the price-performance ratio was very high.

For this price! I was surprised at how clean the accommodation was. The room and bathroom were spacious, and it was nice that it had a kitchen. You can watch YouTube on the projector. It was slow in the morning, but it worked fine and I was able to play music all the time. They are conscious of sustainable resources, so there were no amenities, but I'm sure they will provide some if you ask the staff. It is conveniently located in the old town, so you can walk to restaurants and the market, and there is a convenience store nearby. I highly recommend this accommodation.

It is located not far from 36 Street and also has facilities and a spa. It is convenient because you can cook simple meals.
