This is a nice hotel with many restaurants and massage centres around. The service of the hotel was good too.. it’s kinda old but very comfortable. The customer service of the hotel is good too. Recommended more visitors to come and I will definitely come and stay again next time. Great 👍🏻

Hotel location is great as it is surrounded by all things you probably went to Hanoi for (food, coffee, beer, sightseeing, shopping, etc.). The only con is that it can be a little loud at night since it is in the Beer Street area. Breakfast is good and indoor pool is also ok. Room size is on the bigger side but slightly outdated. Nonetheless, it is good enough for the price. The best of all would probably be the hotel staff — very acommodating and know how to go the extra mile.

The hotel is spacious, we had connecting rooms. Beds are comfy, toilet is big. However there were small ants on our beds… a few but still minus points! Location is near beer street, so it was a bit noisy at night. Ear plugs were provided. Breakfast was not the best - food was a bit bland, not exactly tasty. The service was good. Unfortunately due to the typhoon, we had to extend our stay by one night. The hotel staff kindly lent us his personal mobile to make calls with airlines for ＞1 hour. Also arranged for all 5 of us to stay together on the same floor. During the typhoon they ensured we were safe. Overall: would recommend in a natural disaster LOL

We traveled from Sapa in late evening.but the staff were so kind and smile. The room was neat and clean. We also enjoyed breakfast in the following morning. Thank you.

A great hotel in a great location. Lots of great drinks and dinner spots nearby. They also organise tours at competitive rates (Ninh Bình is worth checking out) and airport pick ups / drop offs were cheaper than other hotels. And do yourself a favour and go to Cafe Giảng to try their egg coffee.

Very nice budget hotel located in the heart of the old quarter. There is no better location if you wish to enjoy the vibrant nightlife of the old quarter. As you step out onto the street you are immediately met with the hustle and bustle of bars, cafes, restaurants and the crazy Hanoi traffic! However, the draw back to this is the noise which permeated through every corner of this hotel and will keep you up all night if you are a light sleeper. Service comes with a smile and all staff are very respectful, happy and ever ready to please at any hour of the day. The swimming pool is a rare find for any hotel in the old quarter and very welcomed in the humid heat of the city, however it could do with a little modernization and a good clean. Overall a very nice, if noisy and busy hotel!

Hotel in the very centre of Hanoi old quarter. As it is right next to beer street, it can get loud in the evenings, yet the rooms have amazing sound proofing. Every night it went silent after 11PM, which was before our bed time, so the partying crowds weren't much of a disturbance. The rooftop was very nice, can imagine its great for remote workers. The pool seemed a little green-ish, which is why we did not go in, but the staff did an incredible job in hospitality, cooking, service and advice on what to explore during the day. Would come again and will forever recommend to others!

Nice place and convenient at Hanoi Okd Quarter, surrounded by a lot of bar and restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff.

Location is good in the centre of Old Quarter. Unfortunately very noisy at night. Our room had a door to adjoining room so very noisy/inebriated neighbours at 1:30am was not great.

Pretty hotel right in the heart of Hanoi. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Kim at the travel desk was an amazing lady. She helped arrange transport and book tickets to Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay. She is very knowledgeable and can suggest amazing local places and delicacies.

The hotel is smack right in the stretch of the Beer street and only 5 to 10mins walk away from the weekend night market. There are few spas around it, making it super convenient to get the pamper you need. The room are decently clean and breakfast spread is good. I would have given 5 stars for the stay if not for the issue with hot water 4 out of 5 nights I was staying there. Of course, the staff was very helpful and got it fixed each time I've reported issue with hot shower. I feel the hot water issue can be treated with a permanent solution than a one time off fix. Otherwise, patrons need to call for the staff every night. Lastly, staff was super friendly and helpful. They would try their best to help you with your queries which I think is valuable effort ont their part.

Located in fantastic street with loads of food. Noise can be N issue but ear plugs are provided. Breakfast is ok. Just to kick start the morning with enough energy to start the day
