Locations is far from town and if you booked via TRIP they will not honor Marriot member status

The environment is great and the room is very comfortable

It's average. It's not worth the price in China.

When I booked this hotel, it was advertised on the website free breakfast as one of the amenities, and this is still the case. However, when we arrived, they said we had to pay it separately. After contacting Marriott customer services, the senior manager came back to us saying that since our stay was going to be paid with cash + points redemption, we were not entitled to breakfast. Which does not correspond to information available on the website. There is no distinction in the information provided when making the reservation with cash or with points + cash redemption. I would have been fine paying for breakfast if they had approached the situation differently, such as acknowledging that the website information was outdated or incorrect and offering an apology for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we went to Hanoi when Super Typhoon Yagi was about to arrive. We asked to change our check-out date, as due to the typhoon damages, it would not be possible to do any of the activities we had planned. It took three days and several attempts to request support for them to provide us with the correct contact. Luckily, when we got in touch with the right department, they were super quick and efficient. We felt safe inside the hotel during the typhoon, and we noticed that they were working hard to prepare the building for it. We had several meals at the hotel restaurant since we were locked inside, and the food has a margin for improvement. The restaurant stuff is super friendly and nice. For those who want to go to the old quarter, it is a bit far. It takes about 40 min to 1 hour to get there by car, it depends on the traffic.

Although it was "far" from Old Quarter (like 25 minute cab ride) it was not an issue as we used Grab and it is cheap to get around. This hotel was so nice and quiet, the breakfast was great, the room service and food was exceptional. The service is sooo wonderful---everyone wanted to help you and is constantly assisting. The sauna was amazing with himalayan salt and a nice jacuzzi and gym, and a beautiful outdoor pool. Overall amazing stay!!!

As a memember of Plus event collaborating with PPG in this occasion, i had a wonderful time here with my team and some staffs here as well. We support PPG and we tried to make coffee ourself. It was the best coffee so far😗 tks a lot Mr.Nhan giving me such a unforgettable moment in his class😬😆😆😝😝. Highly recommend for u to choose sheraton as your accomondation in any trips in HaNoi^^

We had a wonderful experience of making Vietnamese Coffees. Mr Nhan, a wonderful man share us about the way and history of Coffees, Tung also very helpful, 10/10 for the team and Sheraton West. My friends, even though can not drink coffee but they still love it

Amazing is service. On the first morning, I was late to breakfast at the lounge and they kept the food going for me. Rooms are big and comfortable with the power plugs are updated with decent speed USB charging. The hotel breakfast in the main restaurant is huge with a decent mix of local and international food. There are even some Korean and Indian counters. Only down side is that there is nothing much around the area within walking distance except for a Pho shop across the road.
