房間面積挺大的，與描述的一致。但是房間的衞生間門和陽台的門設設不是很人性化，不影響使用，但是使用起來挺麻煩。早餐不錯。

位置的には旧市街やホアンキエム湖から少々離れている(バスで15分くらい)が、鉄道の駅からは近い。スタッフに英語が通じるかは微妙だが、Google翻訳を使ってくれるので問題はない。
