I have lived in this hotel in Hanoi, Vietnam for many years. The service is warm, the hotel facilities are constantly improving, the price is affordable, the breakfast is rich, the transportation is convenient. There are several girls at the front desk who can speak Chinese, and the reception has always been very satisfactory!

In terms of location, it is a little far from the old town and Hoan Kiem Lake (about 15 minutes by bus), but it is close to the train station. I'm not sure if the staff can speak English, but they use Google Translate, so it's not a problem.

There is nothing to choose from at this price. The flight arrived late and I could barely sleep for one night.
No windows. There is wifi in the room. No cell phone signal. Poor sound insulation. A bit noisy in the morning.
