The hotel breakfast is great, the room is large and clean, and the service is friendly. It is very close to Lotte Hotel, and there are convenience stores and banks nearby. Everything is very convenient.

The front desk staff and interior facilities are all new, which is more cost-effective than some more expensive hotels. The location is close to Lotte, about 7-8 minutes walk. Have to cross the road. Reasonable prices for laundry.
Overall very good.
There was a small mistake. There was a previously used bathrobe in the closet in the room that was not packed away.
I was doing laundry, and there was some unwashed Smoothness on my pants, and they smelled pretty good.

This hotel was chosen for its proximity to customers. The service attitude was very good. The check-in time was rigid and we were not allowed to check in early. We had to wait until 2 pm to process it. There was no smoking area near the guest room, so we could only go to the hotel entrance. Upgrading requires an additional 50% of the room fee😓
The air in the corridor of the guest room was extremely bad and smelled moldy.
The breakfast was quite rich.

The location is excellent, close to the Lotte Depar**ent Store shopping district. The room is clean and comfortable. It is highly recommended. I will consider booking this hotel next time I come back to Hanoi.

The room is quite clean. I don't know if it's because of the new decoration, but it has a bit of a smell.
The green plants and flowers at the hotel entrance and lobby are beautifully decorated.
Breakfast is on the roof with a good view.

Grandiose Hotel & Spa is very hospitable. Breakfast at the restaurant 10th floor is also good. Staff are warm and helpful. My daughter was not feeling well when we arrived at the hotel but the reception, staff at the restaurant are very helpful to us and gave us medicine. They even delivered the medicine to our room after buying it from outside drug store. We won’t forget your hospitality. Thank you so much.
