They had overbooked. It seems to be a Vietnamese custom to be sure they reached max occupancy. So upon arrival I was told I could not stay. They refunded but caused me to lose time and money. They should be heavy fines or penalties for such dishonest behavior.

Managed to cook a good dinner with the kitchen. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean and as stated in ad. Good location on edge of old town quarter.

We had an incredible stay in Hanoi and this hotel was the highlight of the trip. While the rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable the highlight of the hotel is their staff. Before we even arrived they assisted me in arranging transportation to and from the airport. While we where there they where very warm and friendly. They were always willing to provide tips, suggestions, recommendations and assistance.

The property was well maintained and spacious. The hotel staffs were amazing. They spoke English well, provided very helpful information to navigate the area, eg. good food, shopping, and view points.
Apple, the hotel staff, was very sweet and friendly.

Thank you for the excellent service received. Great location near quarters. Clean rooms. Staff well versed in English, which was a great help. Thank you and keep up the great work. Hotel highly recommended. We were happy with the hotel and rebooked when we retun from Da Nang.

Very clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. They very helpful and speak good english. Will definitely recommend this apartment. Great location. Quiet area. We actually booked again for when we return from Da Hang.

The staff make this place, they are all so friendly and polite. Their English is very good and they gave us lots of recommendations. The down side was that the TV didn’t work and the Wi-Fi is ‘hit and miss’ but overall works. The air-con is a life saver as Vietnam for a westerner from England is very hot! Overall, I’d say that this was worth what we paid, the mini bar/fridge was also a really nice touch. Thank you to all the staff here, you make the place special.
