Excellent service and customer care! The room was as per our expectations, very clean and having new and well maintained furniture. Good choice (western & local) breakfast.
The hotel is in the heart of Hanoi - middle of the Old quarter, very convenient for walking and enjoying around.
In a nutshell, fully reccomended!

The hotel is just inside 36th Street. The restaurant is very small. There are only plastic slippers in the room.

This is my second hotel in my trip to Hanoi, Vietnam. To be honest, I had high expectations for this hotel based on Ctrip reviews... I didn't expect...
Not sure how this score of 4.7 was achieved.
Hygiene: Towels are not very clean…
Facilities: Very old, the bathtub in my bathroom was squeaky!
Environment: This area is not recommended. Very very noisy especially on weekends. Not close to the main attractions, about 800 meters walk. A little far away from all the delicious food
Service: The service is really good...but that doesn't stop the hotel's facilities from being hygienic...There is one thing about the service that I'm really obsessed with...I started cleaning before 9 o'clock in the morning...I went downstairs and came back in 5 minutes. The service staff opened my door and started chatting about cleaning...me? ?
Overall, I don’t recommend this hotel, there is no advantage at all!

Service: The service from the hotel staff is great! ! Whether it's the guy who opens the door to pick up the luggage in the lobby or the beautiful ladies at the front desk, including the cafeteria waitress, they all have perfect smiles and can provide attentive service even if they don't speak Chinese! ! Thank you very much for their help~
Facilities: There is a coffee machine and refrigerator. The facilities are very new, very clean, and the beds are not soft.
Environment: It's very close to where you want to go. There are convenience stores and coffee shops nearby. It's not far from the cafe and church on foot.
