Great hotel in Old Quarter….room was very nice, bathroom was very good…breakfast buffet on 12th floor was excellent- good variety and lots of choices.
Walking distance to the lake, lots of restaurants close by.
Staff was very helpful

This is a nice hotel with a really lovely view from the breakfast room and pool. I’d happily stay here again. Walking distance to the lake and close to the main roads of taking taxis out of the old town

에어컨이 조금 시원하지 않고 약한거 같아요. 시설은 그냥 평범한거 같아요. 조식은 먹는데 에어컨을 너무 세게 틀어서 추웠어요.

일본에서 넘어오며,
비행기 연착 / 입국심사 쌩지옥의 맛을 보고
가까스로 도달.
공항 픽업 서비스는 소통이 제대로 안 되어서 실패는 그렇다 치더라도,
발음을 유선상 알아듣기 힘듦. 대면해 얘기했을 때 가까스로 이야기
함. (심야시간 대) 위치는 좋음. 이동하기 편리함.
1. 객실 에어컨 문제
- 매우 심각 : 자면서 땀 흘림. 직원의 무례한 태도. 여벌의 키 처음에 요구했을 때 거절. 이후 방에 선풍게 가쟈다 두고 키 꽂고 돌아 와야 방의 온도가 그나미 잘 수 있는 상황. (동행한 친구와는 다른 방을 썼는데 깜짝 놀람. 자기 방도 시원한 편은 아닌데, 왜 이리 덥냐고)
- 비상구라고 써있으나 알고 보니 청소 해주시는 분 방 : 열어 놓는 문 틈 사이로 시원바람이 나와서 (비상구가 시원한 게 신기해서) 다가가다 누워 있는 청소해주시는 분과 눈 마주쳐서 서로 식겁.
2. 엘레베이터 정지
- 갇혔음. 순간 식겁.
3. 미어터지는 조식 식당
- 조식은 평범하게 먹을만 하지만, 자리가 없어서 못 먹음.
- 타이밍 잘 맞출 필요 있음. (거의 만석 빡침)
- 얼음 없음, 음료 부족.
그럼에도 불구하고 동급의 타 호텔과 비교시 저렴하지도 않음. 있으나 마나한 실내 수영장이 그나마 비교우위임. 다음날 선택한 숙소가 훨씬 나음. 그냥 내가 재수가 없어서 그런 것이라 생각함.

The room was lovely and clean, and the staff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating! The pool seemed to be dirty so I didn't try it, but the rooftop provided great views of the area! Would definitely stay again.
