Due to the hotel's check-in and check-out policy, I was afraid that I would not be able to check in if I arrived in the early morning. I tried to cancel the order within 10 minutes after making the reservation, but was rejected because of the reason "the hotel has a 24-hour front desk." Unexpectedly, when I arrived at the hotel that day, I was told that the room was full. Yes, I was taken to another hotel to stay one night. We negotiated with Ctrip to resolve this issue, and the results were quite satisfactory. The hotel offered free airport drop-off service as compensation for this issue.
Room type: The windowless room is a bit small

Good location ever place within walking distance: opera house, the lake, cathedral and supermarkets. A lot of restaurants near by etc: Vietnamese food, french restaurant next store. Free breakfast and buffet styles, good cooking, room was big and water was hot. Most + was quiet at night and we slept very well. Staff was helpful.

The second hotel I stayed in Hanoi, the first floor of the hotel is the restaurant for breakfast, check-in is on the second floor, and the lady at the front desk can speak Chinese. Also recommend the restaurant, very detailed.

Nous avons séjourné deux fois dans ce petit hôtel qui passe inaperçu dans cette petite rue passante. Nous avons été très agréablement surpris la 1ere fois par l'accueil et la gentillesse de tout le personnel. Comme nous revenions je n'ai écrit d'avis en me disant peut-être que dans a5 jours cela ne sera plus pareil. Et bien si, 15 jours après toujours le même accueil et je dirais même plus, se souvenant de nous et très heureux de nous revoir. La gentillesse les sourires, les services étaient toujours là Les chambres sont simples pas très grandes mais suffisantes quand même, comme la salle d'eau elles sont propres. Celles donnant sur la rue sont sympa car elle est très animée. Télé climatisation frigo. Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner est servi au rez-de-chaussée petit buffet européen et asiatique. Tout le personnel est adorable, cherche toujours à vous rendre service, à vous renseigner. Possibilité de faire garder ses bagages ( nous 15 jours) Nous remercions sincèrement tout le monde pour tous les sourires, mots et services durant nos séjours. Ne changez pas !
