There are gardens at the lake and the front door of the hotel. The air is very fresh. There is also a small fountain under the lobby stairs. The hotel is surrounded by a C-shaped shape, which is very design-oriented! Hygiene: The sanitation inside and around the hotel is very clean and tidy, the floor can reflect light, the sanitation in the room is also very good, there is no dust on the table, and there is no water stain on the bathroom washbasin. It's just that the ceiling track door ceiling design of the room I stayed in is not standardized, which causes the ceiling to fall off after closing the door, which is prone to safety hazards! Service: As a Marriott member, I checked in through the VIP check-in channel. It was fast and convenient. The two ladies had a good chat. We had dinner in the executive lounge that night. The food, dishes, desserts and drinks were no worse than those in the restaurant. They were still delicious. The room service and front desk service I called in the room at night answered accurately and delivered them to the room quickly. The experience was very good. I liked the hotel's pho for breakfast the next day. The taste was no worse than the street food. It is said that Vietnam is most famous for street food, but the ones in the hotel are still different. Thank you for the little gift the lady gave me when I checked out. It means a lot to me! I wish JW Marriott Hanoi will do better and better!
