Had an amazing time there! Location was awesome at old quarters, walkable to the lake, note coffee, Pizza 4Ps, train street, bus office to Sapa, and delicious food joints. Staffs were all so friendly and gave us a map to explore the area around. Best part of the hotel is their basement bar, super vibes!! You gotta book a stay here. Also breakfast was at the roof so that’s a bonus!

Vị trí rất tiện lợi. Nhân viên khách sạn ai cũng nhiệt tình. Các bạn ấy tạo điều kiện cho mình tắm sau khi check out, còn chủ động đưa khăn tắm. Mình đón taxi rời khách sạn vào tối thứ 7, lúc phố cổ hạn chế xe để làm phố đi bộ, bạn bellman đã chủ động xách hành lý của mình ra tận Hàng Trống.

이번 여행은 하노이공항에 도착해서 3일간 사파를 먼저 여행하고 하노이로 돌아와 여행하는 스케즐이었다.
하노이는 호안끼엠지역이 핵심이라 그 주변 호텔을 검색하다가 이호텔을 예약했는데..
위치나 서비스에 대한 불만은 없었지만 시설면에서 검색창에서는 창문(window)이 있는걸로 이미지 사진에 나와서 주저없이 예약을 완료하였다.
그런데..
창문은 있었지만 사방이 막흰창으로 뷰가 깜깜한 창이었다.
있으나 마나한 창문이 있는 룸이었던 것이다.
호텔 담당자에게 항의했지만 변경하지는 못했다.
일반적으로 호텔예약시 창문유무, 뷰의종류 등에 따라가격이
달라지는데..
이호텔도 창이있는걸로 되어 있어 1-2만원더 지불한것으로 알고 있었다.
트립닷컴에서는 호텔룸 안내시 최소한의 설명이 필요하고
예약자는 그 정보에 의해 선택하면 불만이 없을것 같다.
(창이 있더라도 창의 구조 등)
3일간 창을 한번도 열지 않았다.
아무 의미없는 창이기에..
트립닷컴에 속았다는 생각을 지을 수 없다.
