Hanoi Dalvostro Valentino Hotel & Spa

The location was good and the facility was clean. I used it on a solo trip, but I would like to come again. I was a bit concerned about the water in the shower, but other than that there were no other inconveniences.

Location is very convenient. The hotel staff are all enthusiastic. They created conditions for me to shower after checking out, and even proactively gave me towels. I took a taxi to leave the hotel on Saturday night, when the old town restricted vehicles to become a walking street, the bellman took the initiative to carry my luggage all the way to Hang Trong.

Very satisfied, the hotel is in a convenient location, the staff is very enthusiastic, the room I stayed in was very comfortable, I will stay here again next time I go to Hanoi

This trip was scheduled to arrive at Hanoi Airport, travel to Sapa for 3 days, and then return to Hanoi. The Hoan Kiem area is the core of Hanoi, so I searched for hotels nearby and booked this hotel. There were no complaints about the location or service, but in terms of facilities, the search bar showed that it had a window in the image, so I completed the reservation without hesitation. however.. There was a window, but it was completely white on all sides and the view was dark. However, it was a room with a small window. I complained to the hotel manager, but they couldn't change it. Generally, when making a hotel reservation, the price depends on the presence of windows, type of view, etc. It changes... I thought I paid 10,000-20,000 won more for this hotel because it also has a window. Trip.com requires minimal explanation when guiding hotel rooms. Those who make reservations are unlikely to have any complaints if they make their choice based on that information. (Even if there is a window, the structure of the window, etc.) I didn't open the window once for 3 days. Because it is a meaningless window... I can't help but feel like I was fooled by Trip.com.

The room is relatively small, the service is very friendly, and the location is very good. The large room we booked was no longer available, and it was said to be a system problem. We were moved to a room without windows. Although we paid the price difference, the experience was not good.
