The beds are very good. The key is that the hotel is in a good location, which is especially suitable for walking in Hanoi. It is 200 meters away from Internet celebrity coffee and rice noodles. It is also very close to Long Bien Railway Station and Long Bien Bridge.

I book one night i lost my locker keys hostel charge 100000 dong for this..take too much amount for simple n cheper keys ..completely professional person particularly lady in reception she have a lot of fire extremely angry woman she don't know how to behave with customer.. AC not working.. hostel management keep AC remote at reception not in room pls... don't book..no elevator facility...no water in bathroom..flickering lights in toilets

Very nice, quiet and welcoming hotel located in the historic district of Hanoi. The staff is quick to help us organize the stay. A lot of information is given to us so that everything goes as smoothly as possible. It is with pleasure that I recommend this hotel

I had booked five nights stay and I ended up staying also just only and that’s because I arrived at 11pm and had no other choice. I had specifically asked for a female dorm and I was placed in a mixed one. Then the place is absolutely filthy. The bathrooms I have no idea when and if they are being cleaned and the smell is really bad. I had an upper bunk bed and there was no protection not to fall down! All night I had to sleep and keep in mind to stay as closer to the wall as possible! Noise from the street will not let you sleep even with earplugs on. I have no idea why this is a so high rated hostel but I know for sure that the photos are nothings like what you will really find when you visit.
