Super Clean and Helpful staff!
Rooms are clean and well maintained. Great Wi-Fi connectivity with soundproof windows. They had all the amenities working as mentioned on here. Quick to respond staff! I really like the positive attitude of the staff! They are eager to help! Highly recommend staying here! Location is close to several cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets.
Honestly, it has been the best place I have lived in Hanoi! Nothing bad to talk about them.
