Horrible place. The bed is so hard that it would be softer to sleep on the floor. There is no window in the tiny room, the staf doesn’t speak even basic english!! They work in a hotel in the capitol city offering their service to foreigners and it is impossible to get to know what you can get for breakfast which you can eat only in your room but it’s so bad that dont waist your time to wait for it 30 mins. I cant understand how lazy they are not to learn couple sentences in English to provide basic info or just write it down and show the guests

The Truc Bach area is a great place to stay in Hanoi if you want some peace and don’t need to be in the heart of the tourist zone. Many restaurants, coffee shops and cocktail bars are within walking distance and it is a pleasure to walk along the lake. We had great service (thank you Google translator), a good breakfast and a quiet night’s sleep.

We checked out early morning but expected to come again in two days time. Forgotten the medicine we kept in the refrigerator. We informed it to the hotel staff through our Tour Guide expecting we will get them when arrived there in two days time. Unfortunately the hotel staff refused saying there was nothing left. We were really disappointed.

On the other hand, no window in the room (and this was not specified), only the rooms on the city side have a window, and hot water only 3 minutes…
