Almost no one was in the Hotel, because I arrived late I was lucky someone in the restaurant helped me, otherwise I wouldn't have known even which rooms I was allocated.

휴게공간의 경우 90%이상 사진과 동일하다고 볼 수 있습니다.
다만 베트남 날씨 조건이 최적일 수는 없기에 100% 즐길 수는 없다고 봅니다.
또한 휴게공간까지 가려면 5층이나 걸어올라가야하는데, 만약 어느정도 술이 취했거나, 또는 피로도가 쌓인 상태라면 다소 우려가 됍니다.
객실의 경우, 다른 방은 어떠한지 모르겠으나, 직접 투숙한 객실의 경우 사진과 매우 다르며 다소 마감이 안되어있거나 또는 낡았고 어느정도 때가 타거나 페인트가 벗겨져있는 등 상태가 좋지 못하였습니다(그렇다고 곰팡이가 피는 등의, 위생도가 특별히 나쁘다거나 하지는 않았음)
서비스의 경우, 직원은 친절했으나, 체크인 당시 다소 늦은 시간인 6시 쯤에 체크인 하였는데 이때 당시 직원은 리셉션 장소에 없었고 연락을 취했으나 쉽게 연결되지 않았습니다(연락 두절상태에서 이웃이라는 사람이 찾아와 전화를 받아가며 대신 리셉션을 도와준 것을 보면, 아마도 당일 호스트가 개인적인 사정이 있었을 수도 있겠다 싶음)
종합하여 보면, 휴게실 뷰는 기대하는 것만큼 느낄 수 있으나, 그외의 대부분의 것들은 기대에 못미칠 것입니다.
하지만 금액이 비싼 곳이 아니기에 부당하다고 생각되지는 않습니다.

một homestay nhỏ nằm cạnh hồ tây, vị trí này rất yên tĩnh, một trải nghiệm tốt để thức dậy sớm vào buổi sáng, chạy thể dục 1 vòng quanh hồ rồi về quán cơm chay ở tầng 1 dùng bữa sáng và thưởng thức cafe n*** quán cộng cafe bên cạnh. căn phòng nhỏ nhưng thiết kế ấn tượng với tre trúc cảm giác rất dễ chịu. Đặc biệt homes này có ban công lớn nhìn ra hồ rất đẹp từ khu bếp chung, nhân viên rất vui vẻ dễ mến.

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights. The room was very nice and comfortable and our balcony had a view to the lake. There is a chilling area upstairs with amazing view and a rooftop area to have a drink with amazing view too. We were able to do our laundry and dry our clothes easily.
Also, Lan (the person at the reception) was very friendly and helpful. She gave us information about any questions we had and helped us booking our bus to Ha Giang!!
Highly recommended!!!!
