Not bad value for money. Cleaning towels are changed every day.
The location is not that far away, and if you go through the alleys of the accommodation, you will come across the local area.

Very good hotel, in a busy part of Hanoi. Down an alley, but that makes it a quiet place to stay. The accommodation was very good. Bed was comfortable, hot water was good and the water pressure was good.
Had 1 issue with the air-conditioning unit that leaked 1 day after being turned off then on. Major concern was the air-conditioning unit was above the RV & WiFi systems. No damage, and they got someone to look at it very fast. The room wasn't made up on our 2nd day. Front reception staff where very helpful. Close to a market, and lots of street food areas to eat.

The hotel is in a small alley, with many restaurants and shopping places nearby. It is also very convenient to take a taxi when traveling. The room is apartment-style and comes with kitchenware so you can cook your own meals. The price/performance ratio is very high.
