The rooms were too small in comparison to what was shown in the pics. Size of washrooms was also too small. On second day AC stopped working. Overall cleanliness was just ok and poor ventilation added to it.

We were upgraded for our first night to a family room with balcony instead of superior with balcony as ours wasn’t available, the bed was incredibly comfortable, Netflix on the tv and a hot powerful shower - we loved this room!. We had to swap to our actual room on the next 2 nights the pressure in the shower was terrible so it wasn’t great for washing hair. Both rooms were clean however they could do with a bit of TLC as there were a few signs of wear especially in the 2nd room - marks on the walls and duvet etc. but this could be overlooked. The staff were very kind and helfpul and it’s a good location for exploring Hanoi. We also used their laundry service which was a reasonable price and everything came back clean and smelling good!

Average hotel. Around 10 mins walk from lake but closer to the night market (weekends). The room was clean and bed not too soft. However, the extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy. Shower pressure was good and toiletries were okay. Friendly staff at the hotel and lots of restaurants and beer street close by

The air con isn't working. The room temperature is 31degree. Room no. Is 604. I ask for a change for the room but replies with full booking. Dont book this hotel if u want to have such experience like me.

It is very near to hanoi night market. The room is a bit narrow. Overall not bad
