The cleaning was good, and thank you for making it comfortable in many ways.
There was a little noise, but I thought it was Vietnamese culture and enjoyed it.
I stayed comfortably for 3 days.

We have stayed at this hotel twice, our impression is this hotel provides excellent service to customers. frondesk Antonie and Tania were amazing, helped upgrade our oom for free with a balcony. The location is close to the night market, the famous train street with cool coffee shops. so don't hesitate to stay at this hotel.

The staff at the hotel is very friendly and the rooms were small but clean. My room was right next to the elevator so there was a lot of noise from the hall. The cleaning staff starts really early in the morning and are quite noisy in their set up.

All the staff are kind. Perfect for sightseeing around the city.
They also helped me with web check-in for my flight.
We recommend a room with a balcony. Breakfast is also very delicious. Although the surrounding area is noisy, you can spend a quiet time in your room. Close to the night market, market and lake.
There are also many convenience stores and restaurants nearby!

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to all attractions such as Hoan Kiem , the museum etc.
We had a room at the back of the hotel where it is nice and quiet and we slept very well. Beds are very nice and also the pillows and of course the air conditioning.
We are well welcomed by the staff and very well helped by Andrew.
