The hotel is located in a walkable distance to main attractions, the rooms are clean, the restaurant has a nice view, but the best things is the staff, especially the receptionists. They are incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. We just wish everyone would be like Thao!

My stay was very pleasant, the receptionist Anh was extremely helpful and friendly and made good time with all arrangements. The facilities were nice and I was well rested. Anh helped out with any details me and my roommate didn't understand and we had a pleasant time.

The hotel was amazing and the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were cozy and a decent size. I enjoyed the breakfast it had a variety of food to choose from. Walkable distance to nearby sights and shops. Easy to catch a taxi or motorbike from Grab (Uber)!

WE highly recommend this beautiful hotel ,Thai is such a beautiful young lady , she works at the reception,, was amazing , very helpful , polite , friendly , fun and very smart,always ahead with information and knowledge ..We highly recommend her to her manager to a higher position, she is very valuable to the Hotel LaRosa . Thank you very much for everything , we will be back Karin and Louise

We are very happy with our experience. When we checked-in, Miss Thao accommodated us. She was very nice and gave us advice on our itinerary. She also gave us an upgrade to suite, which was awesome. The other staffs are nice as well. Highly recommend to stay here!

The hotel was nice and clean, the staff were very helpful, Anh from reception was especially great. The location is good as it is near attractions such as the train street. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to other travellers.
