I had a really good time staying at this hotel.
Comfortable bed, good air conditioning. and the location is excellent We booked the tour with a tour company in the hotel. And it went really well.

I loved my stay in Hanoi, the staff are very attentive and go above and beyond to make sure your having a good stay, they helped me book an airport transfers, a tour group and transfers to Ninh Binh which is my text stay. I’ve already booked another nights stay when I’m back in Hanoi. They kept my bags safe whilst I went on the Ha Long Bay. Rooms are nice and the best location.

Central hotel, helpful staff. The room was clean, hot and cold water and air conditioning worked well. There are many shops around.
