這是個神奇的酒店地方，酒店定了房間給我豪華大房間，結果去了現場是一個沒有窗户的小房間，後找了攜程溝通，攜程態度很好的給我升級了大房間，但我丈夫一直不滿前台對我們的小房間態度，一晚上説為什麼差距如此大，然後我丈夫和我吵架，又去了前台和男前台理論，後面又推薦我們去旅遊，我和我丈夫花了100美金在前台定了他們説很好的下龍灣豪華遊，第二天我丈夫身體不舒服不去了，我一個人去，旅遊公司直接給我下降檔次去了普通遊輪，一整天都一肚子火，回到酒店和我丈夫吵架以後從此兩個人各顧各，丈夫也説要提早結束旅程早點回國，總結一點.房間説的好評都是一定自己要感受，第二，千萬不要脱離平台擅自和當地人訂房購物等，一單發生旅遊糾紛無法申訴！欲哭無淚！這點攜程服務做的很好！一直幫我高溝通！也很體諒我的感受！

Tolle Lage, gutes Kundenservice-Personal. Leckeres Frühstück mit vielen Gerichten. Das Zimmer ist sauber, ordentlich und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Anna, die Managerin, buchte für mich einen Ausflug in die Halong-Bucht zu einem sehr guten Preis. Die Reise ist sehr bedeutungsvoll. Danke Anna, wir sehen uns bald.
