Overall, the experience is average and the price-performance ratio is worse than hotels in China. The configuration is relatively average, but the price is not high. Generally speaking, there are not many requirements in this regard. However, the shampoo, soap and disposable slippers here will not be replenished proactively. You need to ask the service staff for them, which is not a good experience. Although the hotel's breakfast is not rich in variety, it tastes okay. Please note that eggs for breakfast need to be requested from the service staff, rather than being provided for everyone.
The hotel's location is good, located in the old town. All nearby attractions for food and drink can be reached on foot. But if I come again next time, I might consider changing to a hotel.

The front desk was very responsive, and it was a very good hotel, conveniently located near the old town. Even Japanese people could stay there with peace of mind. The room I stayed in was a premium room on the 6th floor, and although it was smaller than I expected, I had no problems and was comfortable. Greeted by the hotel staff with a drink.
Room was fancy but not much space to store luggage.
Cleanliness is rather ok, just there were some stains on the bedsheets and the shelves is abit dusty.
Not many options of food for breakfast, fried rice, fried noodle, but good that they have options to choose from eg pho, scrambled eggs, porridge, ham etc.
Location was great, its near the centre of the main attractions streets in Hanoi like egg coffee, Bahn mi 25, pho 10, beer street etc.
