We are a Japanese family.
First of all, it takes about 20 minutes for adults to walk to the city center (Highland Coffee at Hoan Kiem Lake). It's a fairly convenient location, taking about 7 minutes by taxi. Advantages and disadvantages of this hotel
Advantages: Close to the center, breakfast buffet was decent and delicious.
Disadvantages: The room was a bit old and dirty, the room wasn't cleaned properly, and when I asked for it to be cleaned again, the cleaning staff (middle-aged woman) clicked my tongue and glared at me.

Staying here for 2 days was not a pleasant experience
When I checked in for the first time, the shower water was very poor, there was not enough hot water, and the room was dirty, as if it had not been cleaned! The breakfast buffet food is average! !
When I checked in for the second time, it seemed like there was no hot water at all. It was lukewarm and could not be solved after complaints. HKD 450/night was not too cheap. I then moved to another hotel and stayed for 2 more nights (due to good luck, I booked separately. , the time is just right and free cancellation is available, which is the most important and appreciated part of Trip.com), other hotels are very close to the night market and crowded restaurants, the environment and hygiene are good, and the hot water is sufficient, but the place is fine Muong This hotel is smaller, but the price is only HKD 320 for buffet breakfast for 2 people. The overall performance and rating are definitely higher than this one in Muong. I hope the person in charge or the senior management will face up to the above problems and shortcomings! ! !
