San Grand Hotel

I stayed at San Grand for three nights. After my personal experience, I would recommend this hotel. Here are the reasons why I would recommend this hotel: 1. The hotel is in a good location, close to Hoan Kiem Lake, but not noisy; 2. The hotel's breakfast is great, especially the Vietnamese rice noodles, which are delicious; 3. The staff are very enthusiastic and help with luggage, opening doors, and calling taxis; 4. The restaurant and rooftop bar have great lake views; I would like to especially thank Emma, ​​the staff, for her help during the three days of my stay. She was very enthusiastic, friendly, and considerate. She provided me with professional local dining and shopping suggestions and helped to keep my luggage. I stayed at San Grand for three nights and based on my personal experience, I highly recommend this hotel. This is the reason why I recommend this hotel more: 1. I have stayed in this hotel before on a business trip, but it was not called this name. San Grand Hotel Hanoi is in a great location, close to the city center, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern facilities to ensure a good accommodation experience. The service is warm and thoughtful, and the staff are friendly and professional. Excellent service, upon arrival the time was taken to explain everything and provide tips for activities. Nice bed and pillows. Had a lovely breakfast with a view on the 10th floor.
