It went very smoothly. Thank you to the staff for the arrangement. Since we were checking in after returning to Halong Bay, the staff quickly confirmed our room! I moved here from another hotel of the same level and price - that hotel was fully booked. I can objectively say that these two hotels with similar prices are not of the same level: this hotel is located on the edge of the old city, with train tracks and funeral streets outside. You can hear the noise of slow trains starting and stopping several times in the hotel room at night. The train noise is the most annoying, and there are no facilities in the old city around. Of course, the service attitude of the service staff of this hotel is OK.

조명이 조금 어두웠던 점만 빼면 다른 모든것이 너무 좋았습니다.

I got sick after i checked in to the hotel. The receptionist (hyung) was very caring and followed up on my health condition time to time and also accommodate all my request. The receptionist from the restaurant was also very helpful by recommending nearest pharmacy and also prepared some take away food for me to eat in room. The service provided were tip top. 😊

Although this hotel is small inside, the service is definitely five-star.
There are about 4 rooms on the first floor. The beds and bedding in the rooms are really comfortable.

The attached spa room was very clean and the technicians were very skilled. It was one of the best hot stone massages I have ever had. It is highly recommended to try it, it lasts about 60-70 minutes.
