This place was very cheap and in a great location. Walking distance around Old Town. Rooms were very small but it was manageable. Beds were very hard. We had a foot scrub the following day after we stayed. No price was bartered for. The two ladies continued to look at their watches throughout the service and finished their service early. We paid the price that was said on the sheet then the lady said "tip tip". We were about to head to the airport so we hardly had any money left. We gave her the remainder of our money. She just laughed and made us feel really uncomfortable as she talked to the others in Vietnamese.

Amazing staff, so kind and sweet but most of all helpful.! The rooms are very minimalistic , perfect for travellers on a budget. We only planed to stay at this place for too nights but we loved it and the staff there so we stayed one and a half weeks. Definitely recommend!
