This is my second time to Hanoi. The first time I stayed at the Marriott Hotel. This time I tried to stay at the 72 Landmark InterContinental. There are two InterContinental hotels in Hanoi. One is the West Lake InterContinental, which is by the lake but too old. I chose the 72 InterContinental. 🉑 1. First of all, the hotel is in a good location and is relatively central. 2. The public area of ​​the hotel is good, with high ceilings and is not depressing. 3. The room layout is reasonable, with dry and wet separation, but the bed is not as big as the Marriott, which has a 1.4-meter double bed. 4. What I want to say most is that the breakfast at the InterContinental is so good, with rich varieties and high quality. See the picture below for details. I am not hungry every morning and noon. There is also fresh coconut milk. I recommend coconut milk and sugarcane citrus juice. There are also various Korean instant noodles, which are particularly chewy. Next, I want to complain: This time I stayed in room 6403. There was a smell after entering the door. After checking in, I found that the hair dryer socket could not be used, so I could only blow it at the desk socket. It was very inconvenient without a mirror, so I endured it. When I went to bed at night, I found that the light of the bedside table lamp on the left could not be completely turned off. It was the same as turning on the night light. I endured it. The next night, I woke up halfway through my sleep and found that the light in the corridor of the room was on by itself... I called the front desk to arrange for staff. I mainly complained about this. The room phone rang before the staff arrived, saying that the staff had arrived and asked me to open the door. I opened the door and saw that there was no one. After a while, someone knocked on the door. When the person came, he turned on the light in the room as soon as he entered the door. My children were still sleeping in the middle of the night. He came in and turned on the light without asking. I stopped him, and then he called other people in the hotel in my room. It was very loud, and I drove him out. I could only call the duty manager to come. The duty manager was a lady with a good attitude. I reported a series of problems in the room to her. We talked about the hair dryer. The maintenance staff ran to open the wardrobe door for a long time, and the hair dryer that was originally plugged in and unresponsive suddenly rang... At this moment, I was really speechless and wanted to curse. Fortunately, the duty manager had prepared the room card of the next room in advance and changed my room in time. The air in the changed room was very good and there was no odor. Overall good review, I hope the room maintenance will be better and the service will pay more attention to details.

The hotel is nice, it is indeed a landmark, with a panoramic view of Hanoi. It is comfortable. But there are too few restaurant options, the taste is average, I would rather eat authentic Pho Bo downstairs

This is my second visit. The hotel service was very good. The staff are all friendly and the view is great. I will use it again next time!
