The flight arrived in the middle of the night and there was no hotel pick-up service. It was a very confusing place and the taxi driver couldn't find it, and I couldn't find it on my smartphone navigation either, so I was dropped off in front of a suspicious hotel with the same name. The entrance was closed and when I said it was a different place, I was charged again and it took me an hour to finally get to the hotel.
It was supposed to be a 9-minute taxi ride from the airport, but I ended up paying 250,000 VND. I booked it because it was close to the airport, but I couldn't stop crying.
I was scared and sad.
I had wifi at night, but it didn't work in the morning, so I was stuck.

Tommy was the BEST!! So friendly and welcoming. We got in late (4 AM) from crazy delayed flights and he got us right into our room, arranged breakfast and coffee for us in the morning and a ride to our next stop. Super friendly and accommodating. A welcome place to chill if you’re getting in late from the airport.
