真的很好，這次是我的生日trip,這間酒店帶給我無限驚喜和溫暖，甚至會加what’s app為客人解答疑問！酒店有著很好聞的香味，無比親切的服務人員，早餐還有pho的選擇，且用餐是在頂樓，落地窗無比舒心，位置也很方便，推薦！

還是比較值得的
1、位置不錯 出門到哪都很近 周圍都是吃的
2、酒店的spa是我覺得在河內天最好的 早上還有優惠
3、早餐略少了點 但是可以單點河粉 雞蛋這些
4、房間確實小了點 一點法式風情，沒必要要陽台房哈 外面破破爛爛

服務和環境非常好 我們入住在酒店13樓自帶了露台 升級了房型帶一個小客廳 衞生間乾濕分離 早餐種類豐富服務熱情
性價比的話一般 附近街上都是差不多的酒店 似乎沒有這家貴 好處是前台有一位會中文得小姐姐 SPA還不錯但是也是略貴 白天去做會打八折比晚上9折划算一些 兩個人做了60分鐘的熱石按摩165w左右 相比其他還是挺貴的

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in Hanoi, and I must say, the experience was exceptional! One of the highlights was the outstanding service provided by a staff member named Jen. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Her recommendations for local dining and attractions were spot-on, making our visit to Hanoi even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was immaculate, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and make sure to look for Jen when you get there—she will make your stay truly special!

酒店位置很中心，周邊吃飯逛街都非常方便。設計、腔調和設施都特別好，而且住了幾家不同風格的精品酒店最後還是覺得這家服務最好。spa和sky bar都是頂級水平！

房間面積還可以，乾淨衞生。我們大部分時間都是參加了旅行團出去玩了，兩人夠住。酒店地段很不錯，步行街和餐廳都是步行的距離。當初選擇這家也是因為TripAdvisor 第一名的位置。早餐選擇性相對少了一些。住的大部分都是外國人。離店之前提了幾個建議，酒店非常重視。可見用心。總體來説都還不錯。

衹適合住一個晚上體驗一下，房間隔音太差了，週五樓下晚上有演出，巨吵，但也11點結束，週六樓下酒吧街，年輕人high到三四點，巨吵，我們住了4個晚上，第二個晚上週六隔壁房11點來了三個本地女的，在走廊上説話巨大聲，她們關門在房間説話像是我們在一個房，晚上3點多回來也是一樣，感覺和沒住過酒店一樣興奮，其實第一天晚上被樓下演出吵的我就想退房了，第三天消停了一天，結果第四天晚上隔壁又來了兩個外國男的，也是説話巨大聲，晚上2點回來動靜太大，怪我途便宜省事定了老城區，服務員態度再好也於事無補，早餐最後一天上去看了一下，衹能説能吃
