The front desk service and the staff were all excellent. In particular, the English skills of the woman at the front desk were excellent, and she was quick to arrange a taxi and had excellent business skills. I was captivated. The room is in a good location, next to the popular check-in place Railway Road Coffee, but the room is average.
Advantages: Good service attitude, a convenience store downstairs, a 5-minute walk from the popular Railway Road Coffee, and a 15-minute walk from the bar street.
Disadvantages: The room has no windows, the elevator cannot go directly to the room, and you need to climb a flight of stairs. This has to be the most affordable clean hotel which is literally at the centre of all the places you would want to see in Hanoi city centre. It’s close to the train street, the famous Banh Min 25, note cafe , the lake and more. I had a pleasant stay. I highly recommend it.
