My recent stay at Marina Hotel was generally satisfying. Its location proved ideal for exploring the Old Quarter on foot, despite some street noise, which is common in this area. While the hotel maintained satisfactory cleanliness with daily room cleaning, our accommodations showed signs of wear, slightly detracting from the experience. The reception staff's fluency in English. Overall, Marina Hotel presents a decent option for visitors to the Old Quarter.

This is a nice hotel walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake with less noisy. The room condition is better than the one that I booked
earlier at Parklane nearby.

空港への86番バス停にも近く、好立地の場所にあるホテルでした。騒音もなく良く寝れました。
フロントも英語で親切に対応し、部屋もきれいで、大きなバスタブが歩き疲れた身体を癒やしてくれました。ただ、インスタントのコーヒーがセットされてはあるが、湯を沸かそうにもポット自体のコードがありませんでした。1泊ならともかく３泊してるのに気づけよと思いました。
この価格でこの部屋ならたいへん満足してます。

Un très bon choix dans sa catégorie - Réservation simple et rapide notamment par l’absence de besoin d’une CB - Emplacement excellent dans le vieux quartier - Accueil sympathique et explications claires - Grande chambre (suite) avec un balcon qui permet de profiter de l’ambiance de la rue - La literie est un peu ferme néanmoins Le transfert hôtel ＞ aéroport de notre 1er passage par Hanoi a été compliqué à cause d’un changement de taxi au dernier moment mais le manager Alex a vraiment beaucoup d’efforts ensuite pour rattraper le coup et nous avons utilisé 2 fois ses services de transfert une fois de retour à Hanoï

I would recommend picking another hotel. It's clean and central in the old quarter, if those are your only requirements then great, book away. But if you want a comfortable bed, working wifi and not hearing your neighbor's conversation, then this is probably not the place for you.

Staff were very helpful. They speak fluent English. This hotel does not have a dining place and therefore no breakfast. That is not a issue as there are lots of eateries nearby. I put up with Marina Hotel for 5 days, 4 nights. I thoroughly enjoyed my entire stay with them.
