The location is very good, just ten minutes' walk from many attractions (Hoan Kiem Lake, Train Street, churches, etc.). The lady at the front desk was very friendly and gave us a lot of itinerary suggestions. She also helped us book tickets for the Thang Long Water Puppet Show.
The booked triple room is spacious, but the window is in the patio, the light is not very good, and it is very close to the room opposite. However, if you are not there during the day, you can just close the curtains when you come back at night.
Although the breakfast variety is not that rich, it basically has everything you need. If you order rice noodles and omelettes, you need to inform the waiter and inform the chef to make them.
There is an ATM machine at the door to exchange Vietnamese dong.

Super hospitable receptionist named Chris! He makes sure that our stay are well taken care of and assisted in our short respite to Sapa. Located near the old quarter, it is a must to stay and walking distance to all the nice eateries! Bed is comfortable and the hotel is clean! Will definitely stay there again the next time we are back to Hanoi! Thank you Chris and team for making the hotel a safe space for everyone!

The best service! The desk employee arranged 2 more tours for us. We are in the middle of one now, and it’s wonderful. He’s kept in touch, making sure the tour is going well. The hotel room was quiet(!!), well-appointed, and the complimentary breakfast was like dining in a nice restaurant. We plan to return there prior to leaving the country.

Bottled water not enough. Only given 1 bottle per guest. Usually hotels give 2 bottles per guest. Besides this, hotel is very clean and hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

I had a very comfortable stay in a beautiful accommodation throughout my 4 nights and 5 days trip :)
I had an itinerary just with my mom, and all the staff were very friendly. They also speak English well. The breakfast menu was limited but very delicious, and Hanoi hotels usually have low water pressure, but there were no shower or toilet problems. The massage was good too. It seems like they have a system where they call in external personnel when you make a reservation, and everyone seems to be very good at it. I intend to visit again 100% ^_^

WORST EXPERIENCE, POOR MANAGEMENT, BAD ATTITUDE, PACK OF LIES , NOT HOTEL BUT MOTEL.
They provided an extra bed in the room and said this is twin bed which is totally different from website.
They refuse to admit they're wrong and force us to accept the room.
Trust me, there's no reson to stay here. Lots of nice hotel in Hanoi.
