A wonderful small hotel located next to the lake. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. The Skybar serves great cocktails and the breakfast Is excellent . There are lots of great cafes restaurants and shops close by.

I saw reviews mentioning excellent service, and that's why I chose this place. The service truly was great.
What I really want to highlight is their massage. It's a bit pricier than outside, but the environment and ambiance are significantly better.
The rooftop bar wasn't as good as I'd hoped. It was still hot, sticky, and humid even at night.

Great location, right next to Hoan Kiem Lake. Super easy to get around the lake or old quarter. Super friendly staffs throughout check in and out.

The staffs were very friendly.
They welcomed us with smiles and made us feel at home. They took the effort to prepare a welcome drink and snacks. Also, they asked us about our checkout time and prepared us breakfast as we had a flight to catch (this was part of our breakfast buffet). All was ready on time and it was a easy checkin and checkout process. We were well taken care off and the rooms were very clean and comfy as well. Highly recommend !

A very good feeling to live this hotel. It locates at the center area of the downtown and is very convenient for shopping. They are concerning the feedback from customers. The breakfast is very abundant and delicious.

The service staff was really nice but the amenities in the room feel a little dated for the amount of price we’ve paid for a hotel in Hanoi. However, location is the best as it’s just near the lake and the center of activities. Their rooftop bar has a very nice view overseeing the lake!
