How to genuinely experience Old Town downtown Hanoi. Fabulously great hospitality, very comfy & spacious room from where to explore this magnificent city where we've fallen in love with Vietnam & its people. All amenities on your doorstep. Rooms are somewhat tired compared to pictures, but lovely & clean & staff very helpful. Nice that locals use it for their breakfast, so you are fully submerged in the locals lifestyle at all hours of the day. Basically: loved it, don't hesitate to book! You WILL need transfer from Airport, suggest book in advance, but plenty of Taxi at Airport...agree a price!

This is homestay is located very centrally close to all attractions. The room is clean and tidy. The rooms are cleaned daily. The host are very hospitable and friendly. They will help you with airport transfer. There is a tiny coffee shop with drinks.

The room was very nice, comfy and big. It is situated in the middle of the old town. The staff is very welcoming (we got a welcoming beverage and coffee for the morning, and they helped us to bring up our luggages to our room). A great place to stay !

We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful and comfortable homestay. Right in the Old Quarter it is situated in the middle of a busy street around which everything is available. The landlady (Anne) is there during daytime and she is super good. Though she doesn't know a word of English, she communicates through Google Translate. Her daughter Hannah knows English and she corresponds easily on Whatsapp. Landlady is so cheerful and very resourceful. she can arrange taxis, English speaking guide and gives good guidance. The homestay is an old building but very clean and well decorated. There are two rooms on each floor (four floors). Only drawback is there is no lift (elevator) and we got 4th floor. So senior citizens beware. Rooms are very clean and bathrooms are also clean. Baos from outside for breakfast , coffee and soft drinks are available at extra cost. Overall excellent place to and a super hostess.

I've stayed in many budget hotels in this neighborhood and this is the best accommodation I have come across. The room was large, comfortable, clean, and stylishly decorated. There is a small kitchen area with a countertop. The hot water, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi worked well. Surprisingly, there were many English-language channels on television. The bedding, linen, towels, etc. were all in excellent condition. This would be an excellent choice for folks looking to stay in the city for more extended periods of time. At a walk-in rate of 650,000 VND, this place is a real bargain. Unfortunately, they are often fully booked on the weekends, when I prefer to be in the city, so I only had the pleasure of staying here for two nights. Will be back again for sure.
