Clean and conformable room. We had a complimentary fruit plate at check-in. The staff is nice and helpful. I would visit again, but need room with better view.

The washroom, shower, and toilet room were as spacious as the room, and were comfortable and stocked with the necessary shampoo conditioner, body soap, etc. The breakfast was of good quality and had a lot of variety. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

The staff is really kind and friendly. The room is very cozy and relaxing. Alive and tommy are teo of the staff’s and they bith speak english very well, they are always there to assist and help. The rooms are also very clean and efficient.

Very good service and a good attitude from all staff. Alice on reception most helpfull. Breakfast was very good and the room service was also quick. Visted two of the restaurants in relatively easy walking distance from the hotel where the local food was good.

Stayed here with our tour group. Hotel is in good location. Can walk to most places of interest. Most staff, were very obliging. Nam (bellman supervisor) very helpful with places to go and how to get there. Good dining and bars nearby. Plenty of taxi, grab transport, motor scooters and rickshaw if you choose not to walk.

Hanoi nin en berbat bölgesinde, 4* lı bir otel. 3 gece kaldık ama şampuan, body gel, tek küçük tüp olarak kaldı. Yani yenilenmedi. Odadaki buzdolabının iç sıcaklığı asla 15 derecenin altına inmiyor. Soğuk su içmeniz imkansız. Bir bardak buzu $3 satıyorlar. Yanlış değil, bir bardak buz istiyorsunuz fiyatı 3 Dolar. Elbise dolabı küf kokuyor. Kahvaltı da yetersiz. Kısaca bana göre 2* lı bir otel. Bir daha gelmem.

Fantastic hotel in the old quarter. Great location and nearby most things. The room was massive, clean and had all the things we needed. The breakfast was ok. The staff were super friendly and always happy to help. Great shower and so many tv channels

Kein Gym und indoor Pool nicht verfügbar. Sehr entäuschend. Leider nicht enzdprechend unser reservation. Es wurde uns nie mitgeteilt das das Gym und der pool nicht zugänglich ist.
