BAD EXPERIENCE! We chose Tomodachi after we saw tiktoker review that its beautiful and would make you have a real retreat day. But its just seeding video We checked in very late at ~17:30, first impression with security was fine. But with FO and FB team were terrible. FO who check in for us, was not to inform any information about resort: spa, library, breakfast buffet,… she gave us a cool face and cool voice. When we ate in restaurant, Fb team always disappeared in kitchen, they told and laughed with each other so noisy and especially they joked about our name “tên vãi chưởng nhỉ”, very disappointed. Highlights of bad experience is … although the name “tomodachi retreat..” but they organized teambuilding with big music and loud at 7am and lawn mower started at 6am, but they didnt inform or apologize us any thing. We couldn’t sleep although we was very tired because the scream and noise from next room Finally, we absolutely never come back!!!!

1. About the staff: - Security guards are friendly, agile, and enthusiastic about guiding the vehicle back and carrying things. - The receptionist is cold and unsympathetic. - There is no tea for guests to check in. - Restaurant and kitchen staff are very ungrateful, not well qualified, specifically: + Laughing about the customer's name (I personally felt insulted). + Teasing and arguing in the kitchen with obscene language (very loudly) while guests are eating nearby. + Can't differentiate between semi buffet and buffet when guests ask what kind of breakfast they have. + Stir-fried food is made too early and when brought to the table for guests, it is already cold (or can only stay slightly warm). 2. About the room: Don't expect too much about the room here, because you will encounter the following experiences: - The room is designed with spaces for resting, showering, and toilets connected together, causing a lot of inconvenience during living. (sound, smell...). - EXTREMELY POOR SOUND PROOFING!!!! The sounds of roosters crowing, dogs barking, and traffic are no different from those in the countryside. - Near the river bank, there are a LOT of mosquitoes, so I don't dare open the door, which makes the room very stuffy, so I can only turn on the air conditioner. 3. Worst experience I went to relax, relax, and in the morning (very early) I heard the sound of lawnmowers and chainsaws. Other guests brought loudspeakers into the area to play loud music and shout. Who goes team building at the resort????????? (This part is not convenient to upload videos of their activities because there are other people's faces, I will only upload videos with sound). DOESN'T FEEL A LITTLE RETREAT!!!! Other services are at a normal level, nothing worth mentioning. 4. Summary Just through these things, I will NEVER choose this as my second stop. . I loved my room on the water . I could relax in my tub and listen to the fish jumping in the water. Opening my glass sliding doors to the animals awakening in the distance in the morning. Being able pick the tea fresh from a tree next to my room. They had bicycles and I rode to temples and a town all nearby. They had a library with a huge beautiful deck. I enjoyed swimming every morning and loved the Qi Gong lessons which were free. I travelled from Canada all through Vietnam and this was my favorite place. The Manager went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and at home . I felt very safe . The massage was excellent . I enjoyed the food and they went out of their way to help me with my food allergies,making speciall dishes for me ! Truly Heaven on Earth !!
