It's a family-style hotel, everyone is very friendly, the rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable! It was very quiet at night and had a good sleep. It was very close to the main attractions in the old town.

I really liked the Graffiti House. Perfect for solo travelers, couples or friends. The rooms are small but completely adequate, clean and comfortable, and nicely furnished. The staff is helpful and the location is perfect. The rooftop is also very cool.

Super friendly staff, helped us out with great suggestions for Tours, tailors, restaurants and bars. Rooms are very good value for money, actually came back a second time to stay after returning to hanoi at the end of our trip. It's a small room and basic facilties, but that's what you pay for. The couple running the hotel really goes above and beyond!
