My friend and I spent 5 days in Hanoi and I found it very reasonable to stay here. Homestay has a great location so you can move to other tourist destinations in Hanoi just by walking for a while. The service staff here are very friendly and agile. If you want to find a homestay with all the criteria, I recommend you stay here, 10/10 for everything. Besides that, I see that there are many tourists who need to look for a luggage storage service so they can try WhaleLo. While waiting for the plane, my friends and I were able to go out to eat without having to bring anything. they follow. Love! Kyle

很好的一個地點！因為酒店的地點在河內老城區的中心，要到附近的地方都非常方便！房間大小剛剛好，我們一家四人住的很舒服。酒店的前台和服務員都很熱情，有什麼事情都會盡力盡快幫我們解決。酒店的早餐是不錯但是有些食物還是有進步的空間。酒店的衞生程度、服務和其他都很好，唯一的小缺點是，因為酒店的大門口在小巷，下雨時上下車會很不方便。我們是一個家庭，會有很多大大小小的行李，本來就有點麻煩，下雨的時候就會更不方便了。

We happen to book this hotel on ***********. Expected nothing much but my family and I are happy to stay here. Front Desk and Bell Man are helpful and always at service. If we have a chance to visit Hanoi again, we would definitely come back to your lovely hotel.
