not very clean,it is like a family hotel,the host is nice.

In a village in the city, the environment is quite poor. People who live there all the year round can’t find it. I asked a lot of local people but they don’t know.

Service: speaks English and is very friendly Hygiene: neat and clean Environment: The location is good and easy to find in the alley. There are also many snack bars in the alley. It is very convenient to go anywhere near Hoan Kiem Lake. The breakfast is also good and you can order rice noodles.

Place where there is in the middle of downtown, and is convenient for both shopping and meal. When I asked the lady at the front desk about a tour to Halong Bay, I was able to book a one night tour on a wonderful classical boat. Also, I was able to make a reservation for the train to Da Nang. The rooms are kept clean and I stayed in a twin room and a family room one night each during the two nights. Breakfast was satisfying with many types of fruits.

The female staff is very kind. The location is perfect for exploring the old town. For first-time visitors, it can be a bit tricky to find.

It's so friendly and close to Hoan Kiem, so it's great to see There are many restaurants and tourist attractions nearby, so it is easy to access and is good for leisurely sightseeing.

The hosts were really kind. I was satisfied with everything in terms of price, facilities, and location.

My time in Hanoi has been fantastic. The hotel was everything I could have hoped for. Very nice rooms and clean. Great location. Close sector the old quarter, walkable to many of the attractions. Jenny the front desk lady was a dream come true. So very helpful for local tours. Helped book my flight. Went above and beyond. I look forward to my next trip to Hanoi and staying there again. Thanks for making my stay so enjoyable.

This hotel is located right in the heart of Hanoi with easy walking to many attractions. We enjoyed the wonderful breakfast buffet. Jenny, the manager was wonderful in helping us arrange airport transport and tours.

PROS: Lovely helpful receptionist Jenny. CONS: Unbolted safe and power sockets at floor level. Stayed Dec-2022 for 1 night in premium double room 705 with breakfast. Booked 2 nights but large group checking out late so the lovely receptionist Jenny took me to their sister hotel Hanvet Boutique nearby for the 1st night. Hotel has 1*lift. Kettle, cups, coffee, tea, fridge. Safe was not bolted to anything. Room was cold even with the aircon off. Breakfast was in the basement. I probably would not stay here again, their sister hotel is better but no breakfast.

Reasonable price for mediocre travellers and the rooms seem comfortable too. Nice service. Nice breakfast. The location is very good , near many resaurant and cafe , shopping..I high recommend to our friend

Room was great, Jenny at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is Excellent and really good location, many restaurants ,coffee and shopping. ..... I will highly recommend to all of my friends
