The location and price are good and the owner is friendly. However, the building is old and there is no elevator. However, it is clean, so I think it is the best if you just want to sleep.

What a brilliant hotel for the money.Tian was ver helpful and a nice guy . We are coming back in June as we like the city and hotel so much.anything we needed was not too much trouble. It’s location is really good. Tian organised trips I would recommend the Ha . Long bay 1 it was beautiful.

Hotel económico, Tien, el dueño es muy amable, habla inglés, te ayuda con cualquier cosa que necesites. Para nosotras es lo que llamaríamos un hotel de 2 * limpio, habitaciones amplias, baño en la habitación. Muy céntrico. Repetiríamos sin ninguna duda, para nosotras es tan importante la habitación como quién regenta el hotel, y aquí nos hemos sentido en familia.

Highly recommend staying here, perfect location in old quarter, walking distance to everything, room spacious, spotless and comfortable bed. Fantastic cheap and quick laundry service. However the highlight was the wonderful man at reception. He is so warm and welcoming, greeted you every morning and evening with high-fives, handshakes and jokes. He went above and beyond for us, helping to organise our tours, buses, taxis all at discounted rates, he allowed us to leave our bags with him while on tours. He really made our stay so much easier and better, we ended up going back to stay 3 times because we loved it so much. 10/10 all round! Thank you so much for everything! We will miss you!

Had a wonderful time here throughout our stay so much so that we returned twice when in Hanoi. The man on reception could not be any more helpful or cheerful even when faced with my grumpy head early in the morning! Could not fault the place and would encourage anyone looking to stay in Hanoi to stay here. Owner made a massive effort to ensure we had an excellent experience and went to great efforts organising excursions, taxis, sorting our phones, organising laundry etc.
