接待小哥不錯，有兩棟樓，就在還劍湖的邊上，人來人往十分熱鬧，湖中有玉山祠，裏面有兩衹鎮店的千年神龜。

Staff were so lovely and helpful,especially the lovely young lady in reception.The buffet breakfast was lovely with a lot of variety.The location was great being 2 minutes away from all the lacal attractions.Thanks to all the lovely staff for making our stay in beautiful Hanoi very special.

L'hôtel est très bien situé ! La chambre était très confortable et bien équipé ! Tout était très propre ! Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin ! Ils sont très gentils et n'hésiteront pas a vous renseignez sur les endroits à visiter ! Le petit-déjeuner est très complet ! C'est un très bel endroit pour séjourner quelques jours sur Hanoi ! En prime, le rapport qualité-prix est incroyable !

Tôi đã đặt phòng tại khách sạn cho đợt công tác vừa rồi vì thấy vị trí khá thuận tiện và nằm n*** trung tâm phố cổ, giá cả hợp lí. Một khách sạn không quá to nhưng phòng rất sạch sẽ và đẩy đủ tiện nghi, thoáng mát. Phục vụ ăn sáng rất tốt. Sẽ quay lại vào lần tới

Whilst staying at the Bella Rosa hotel in Hanoi I had a medical issue. Max and other staff were fantastic in the way they helped me and arranged for transport to the local hospital. I can't praise them enough. The staff are a true asset to the Bella Rosa hotel. Thank-you guys. From Bart and Cynthia
