接待小哥不錯，有兩棟樓，就在還劍湖的邊上，人來人往十分熱鬧，湖中有玉山祠，裏面有兩衹鎮店的千年神龜。

Ein Hotel, das äußerlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.... ABER: Wir waren für 4 Wochen hier zu Gast und haben uns wirklich sauwohl gefühlt. Mitten im wuseligen Herz vom Old Quarter, quasi direkt am schönen Hoan Kiem Lake. Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr schön, klein und gemütlich, mit Balkon zur Straße raus . Es wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt, wenn es was zu kritisieren gab, wurde schnell reagiert. Klimaanlage top! Unheimlich freundliches, und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück gibt's im 2. Hotel, 2 Häuser weiter. Die Auswahl ist okay, reichlich und frisch, mit viel Obst, Sonderwünsche werden gern erfüllt, und es gibt auch eine extra Karte, aus der man bestellen kann.. Wir kommen herzlich gerne wieder, wenn bis dahin eine dringend nötige Renovierung im Bad vorgenommen wird. Die Duschwanne hätte es nötig, und ein leichter, aber eben vorhandener, Schimmelbefall sind nun mal nicht unbedingt ein Aushängeschild. Aber das ist wirklich der einzige Kritikpunkt in 4 Wochen. Wer das Old Quarter live erleben will, ist hier richtig. Einen ganz dicken Dank an das wirklich tolle Bella-Rosa-Team!

Staff and location make this hotel a great pick. The hotel is steps away from Hoan Kiem Lake at the bottom of the Old Quarter. It's lovely to walk around Hoan Kiem Lake, which is a very safe activity. A great breakfast was served at its sister hotel, two doors down. The location is walking distance to most historical and food locations. Street food is right outside the door. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly.

LOCATION: excellent. Near shopping right outside the door. Close to lake for a nice view and walking. Service: Excellent. Laura at the reception smiling always willing to help and will show you how to get around the area for shopping or whatever you want to do. Friendly hotel atmosphere. Breakfast: Excellent, Tong is friendly at the reception and always smiling. Walk outside a few steps at the hotel next door...same hotel ownership with slightly different name. Fruits of all kinds, local and melons ...so delicious and sweet. Regular American breakfast with good breads selection. Hot entrees with eggs and various meats. Local vegetables cooked with hot local entrees. Soups change every morning (we had 3 breakfasts there) They will arrange airport transfers for you. The driver, we had Joey as our driver, very nice and pleasant ride to the airport
