Booked this hotel but we’re moved to a different one two doors down. Didn’t realize at the time as we were exhausted and arrived late. Found a dead mouse in my toilet in the morning. Will never stay their again

Accommodation for 29,800 won for transiting through Phu Quoc... When I arrived at that hotel, if there were any rooms available, they recommended I go to another hotel nearby and check in. It would be some comfort if they were given accommodation of the same class or higher. It was a room with a lock firmly attached to the iron bar on the window. The room key was the type of room where you could open it with a key. Of course, there were no amenities, and there was only a towel hanging in the bathroom with a urinal and toilet. The lady in the room seems kind. It is not right to pass up a cheap accommodation depending on the situation. After thinking about it for 10 minutes, I found another accommodation, called Glam, paid 20,000 dong for taxi fare, and moved on. While waiting for Glam. The staff at the bar room contacted the hostess and came back and said they would give me the room back, but I was just deceived and canceled the payment. The trip asked if I wanted to cancel the payment, so I did not know the situation. I explained it, but they said there would be no refund. I wasn't trying to get a refund... I only blame myself for not reading the review more carefully. To those who write reviews easily, you can be nice at first, and I I read that some of the others were assigned to different dorms through a dorm change, and when they went there, they found dead rats. Connecting you to another hotel They said it was the same hotel, but the waiting time was habitually short. I wonder how scary it must be for travelers late at night or for the weak. This is something you should never do. It hurts travelers who promote their accommodations and then assign them other nearby accommodations.

The service was very good and you felt right at home. In the morning, each person received a bowl of chicken noodle for RMB 50,000. We also received a lot of fruits, coffee and milk. Our children were given red envelopes when checking out. really good.

It's not bad. The owner and his family are very friendly. They didn't use the pick-up and drop-off service because the plane was delayed. The owner was also very polite and didn't say anything. The room is big, clean and close to the airport. There is a noodle shop next to it that is cheap and delicious, only 50,000

I always book this hotel before my flight! The staff is incredibly kind and sweet! The beds are comfortable, the bathroom clean. Even though the hotel is near the road, it is quiet to sleep. For me this is an excellent price / quality ratio

The location was a struggle. Except when Grab took me there on his bike, he left and left me in a place I didn't know. In the end, I asked a nearby hotel for help.

My flight back was around 8am, so I used it before departing. The airport is a little far, but the hotel arranged a taxi for me, so I was able to get home safely even though I had a morning flight. There is also cold beer and instant noodles in the room, but there is an extra charge.

For one person, the room was just the right size, the bed was moderately comfortable, there was plenty of hot water for bathing, and the soundproofing was average. Fortunately, not many people stayed during this period. Snacks seemed to be free because they were left without checking when checking out. The lady boss was very nice and introduced his brother to drive an MG car. It only costs 500k dong for a round trip to Hoan Kiem Lake, and it’s guaranteed to wait for you. Meals are not included, so I paid another 60k dong for a bowl of beef pho, a peeled big apple, and a cup of coffee. If you like his apples, you can have a bowl of noodles here. There is a delicious Vietnamese rice roll 200 meters left after exiting the hotel, and it only costs 30k dong.

The surrounding environment is similar to domestic county roads, and the boss is nice
